David is the firm's Managing Partner. He previously served as Chair of the Litigation area where he has practiced since joining the firm following his law school graduation. David focuses his practice on complex business litigation. He has experience in securities litigation, cases about corporate and partnership control, breach of contract actions and construction disputes. Also, he has defended public accountants and consultants in malpractice claims.
