Professional Experience

Corby is of counsel in the Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group. Corby represents clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments and general corporate matters. Corby also advises issuers, underwriters and selling stockholders in connection with securities offerings. In addition, Corby represents investors and privately-held companies in early-stage and follow-on investments.

Before joining Thompson Hine, Corby was an associate in the corporate and financial services group of a New York-based international law firm, where her practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, securities and private equity transactions. Prior to that, she served as a judicial clerk for Justice Harold F. See, Jr., a former Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the State of Alabama.

Corby is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
