Professional Experience

Chad is counsel in the firm's Business Litigation & Product Liability practice groups. He handles a variety of litigation, including commercial litigation, contract disputes, banking and lender liability, real estate litigation, business torts, alternative dispute resolution, product liability, construction litigation, professional liability, civil rights and municipal liability. Chad represents manufacturers, banks and financial services companies, real estate firms, small businesses, trusts and estates, insurance companies, medical providers and service companies.

Chad is admitted to practice in Ohio, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals Sixth Circuit and U.S. Court of Appeals Third Circuit.
