Brian is counsel in the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice group. His practice focuses on the design, implementation, and administration of qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, including 457(b) and 403(b) plans, as well as welfare benefit plans, such as cafeteria plans and flexible spending accounts. He also counsels clients on a variety of matters, including executive compensation, employment taxation, COBRA, and HIPAA.
Brian is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and the state of New Jersey.
