Professional Experience

Bret is an associate in the firm's Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation group. He counsels employers on all types of employee benefits issues, and he ensures the compliance, from enactment to termination, of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans with IRS and DOL rules. Bret focuses his practice on correcting qualified and non-qualified plan failures.

Admitted to practice in Ohio, Utah and Washington.
