Professional Experience

Anna is an associate in the firm's Business Litigation and Product Liability practice groups. Anna's practice focuses on the litigation of complex business disputes, including the defense of secured lenders, matters relating to non-compete agreement and trade secret violations, the Lanham Act, and other unfair competition claims, franchise disputes, and securities fraud litigation. Anna also has worked extensively in support of litigation arising out of the marketing, advertising, and use of hormone replacement therapy drugs.

Anna has represented clients throughout all phases of discovery, has successfully argued for and obtained summary judgment, and has represented and obtained successful verdicts for clients at trial. In addition, Anna is actively involved in pro bono work, including the representation of juveniles charged in criminal matters.

Representative Matters

Acted as second chair in defense of a lender in a $2.5 million wrongful foreclosure and fraud case. Directed verdict obtained in favor of lender at the close of Plaintiff's case.
Successfully argued for summary judgment for defendants in a commercial lending dispute.
Successfully argued for summary judgment for claims made against commercial lenders for violations of RESPA, TILA and fraud.
