Professional Experience

Andrea practices in the Firm's Construction and Product Liability Litigation practice groups. She represents major corporations in the defense of mass torts, toxic torts, putative class actions, employment-related torts, injuries to persons and property, and premises liability actions. Andrea also focuses her practice on risk avoidance, litigation, and dispute resolution concerning commercial, consumer, and building products, and claims involving owners, contractors, architects, engineers, construction managers, and other construction professionals.

Andrea is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. In addition, she is admitted before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
