Andrea is an associate in the Corporate Transactions & Securities practice group. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities law filings and compliance, and corporate governance matters.

During law school, Andrea served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Peter C. Economus of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.

Andrea is licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.
