Allen is a partner in the firm's Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice group. He focuses his practice on employee benefits and executive compensation. He has experience in all aspects of qualified retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation, health and fringe benefit programs, stock options and employee stock ownership plans.
