Professional Experience

Adam is an associate in the firm's Commercial & Public Finance, Corporate Transactions & Securities and Business Restructuring, Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy groups. His practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions, investment funds and public and private companies in secured and unsecured financings, restructuring transactions and corporate trust matters. He has also represented private equity firms and hedge funds in the acquisition and management of portfolio companies, as well as in several PIPE transactions.

Earlier in his career Adam represented pension funds, investment firms and private and public companies in securities and bankruptcy matters. Adam also has experience representing clients before numerous regulatory agencies, including the NYSE, FINRA and various state agencies.

Adam is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Connecticut. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts for the District of Connecticut, the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
