Tuggle is one of 30 nominees in the 35th class of Fellows who will be inducted in a ceremony in Washington, D.C., in the spring of 2024.

Tuggle, a partner in the Cleveland office, leads the firm’s Business Restructuring, Creditors’ Rights &amp; Bankruptcy practice. He focuses his practice on distressed M&amp;A transactions, out-of-court restructurings (including distressed financings and workouts), corporate bankruptcies, advising boards of directors with respect to fiduciary duties, and commercial litigation. He has significant experience representing financial institutions, private investment firms, and other stakeholders in distressed situations and major bankruptcy proceedings. His representations have spanned a variety of industries, including consumer products, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, media and news, construction, and energy.
