| Job Title: Administrative Assistant to Finance |
| Office(s): Cleveland |
| Type: Staff, Non-Exempt |
| Reports to: Chief Financial Officer |
| Duties/Description: |
| We are seeking candidates for a full-time position located within our Cleveland office. The primary purpose of this position will be to provide administrative support to the Finance department. Additionally, this individual will assist in department activities including cash receipts and disbursements, billing, collections, financial analysis, expense management, audit and budget related activities. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

| Experience Required: |
| The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma (college degree preferred) and five years administrative experience. Familiarity with terminology and processes relative to a Finance Department is a plus. In addition, ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills with strong listening, verbal and written communication skills as well as be detail oriented, accurate and able to work independently. Candidate will also possess high proficiency with all programs in MS Office. |
