Description:
Thompson Hine LLP is seeking a mid-to senior-level associate with at least five years of experience representing life sciences companies in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biologics, cosmetics and/or food industries on a variety of regulatory issues. Candidates should have experience with applications for clearance, seeking approval of new products and new product indications and regulatory compliance of all types (inspections, warning letters and seizures, adverse event reporting, recalls, packaging, marketing and advertising). Candidates should also have experience representing companies in FDA regulatory meetings, advisory committees and/or regulatory litigation challenging FDA actions. The ideal candidate will be adept at working across practice groups and with different offices and will have excellent interpersonal and client relations skills. Experience with international trade issues, such as customs enforcement is a plus. Candidates must be licensed in Washington DC. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the life sciences, product liability and FDA regulatory areas.
