Thompson Hine is a pacesetter. Our Women’s Initiative — Spotlight on Women® — is a firm-wide program designed to foster an energetic and supportive atmosphere for women at our firm and within the business community. For years, Thompson Hine has been THE place to work for women seeking excellent career opportunities.
Our Women’s Initiative is multifaceted. Spotlight on Women® has an external focus — hosting and sponsoring premier events has provided our lawyers opportunities to continue to develop strong relationships with other professional women and to showcase the exceptional women at Thompson Hine. Spotlight on Women® also has an internal focus — we devote resources to help our lawyers take charge of their leadership potential, develop self assessment tools and build professional leadership plans. For years, we have been breaking new ground with a variety of female-driven and female-attended events, both internally and externally, including seminars, panel presentations, networking receptions and roundtable discussions.
We welcome the opportunity to discuss the firm’s Women’s Initiative with you.
