Our client toolkits include extranets, electronic invoicing, communications, and technology support.

Extranets

We use AMS Collaborator for our extranet applications. Extranets allow our internal lawyers and outside clients to collaborate and share information securely via the Internet through customized matter and client-specific sites. The site uses the highest degree of security currently available online. Features include:

  • document sharing with a customizable folder structure
  • databases
  • calendars
  • threaded discussions
  • shared Web links
  • binders for organizing information within multiple features
  • automated email and/or site notification of additions and changes

Electronic Invoicing

We provide electronic invoicing to clients who request it. We use the Uniform Task Based Management System - a system developed by the American Bar Association and PriceWaterhouse to standardize billing procedures.

Communications

Our lawyers have the ability to host teleconferences from their desks or anywhere via our "reservation-less" teleconferencing service. In addition, each office has a state-of-the-art video conferencing system that can interact with just about every major system on the market.

Technology Support

We will provide focused project technology support for clients. This may be necessary when late deadlines are important and depend heavily on document production, email, and extranet correspondence. Other options include special equipment needs and on-call technical personnel. For intellectual property issues, online access to patent and trademark docketing information is also available.
