- As part of the Cleveland Bar's 2005 Community Service Initiative, Jennifer Fleming led a team of lawyers from the Cleveland office in staffing an evening clinic at Cleveland Legal Aid. The session resulted in six new matters.

- Child advocacy program in both Domestic Relations and Juvenile Court
Guardian Ad Litem ("GAL") Program
- Child advocacy for abused, neglected and/or dependent children
- Represent area homeless individuals

- Support human rights activists by protecting refugees in flight from persecution, promoting fair economic practices by creating safeguards for workers' rights, and helping build a strong international system of justice
