Tony Brown is Chief Human Resource Officer. In this capacity, Tony is responsible for directing all human resources activities including compensation and benefits, recruiting, employee relations, training and development, payroll and HRIS. He also oversees the firm's paralegal support program. He is a member of the firm's Diversity & Inclusion Initiative, and also provides strategic and administrative support to the Lawyer Personnel Committee and the Women's Initiative.

Prior to joining Thompson Hine, Tony worked in various human resources leadership roles at Sara Lee Corporation, RJR Nabisco and Allegheny Energy. He is the Chairman of the board of directors of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Greater Cleveland, and a member of the Greater Cleveland Partnership's Commission on Economic Inclusion.

Tony earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Westminster College. He also obtained certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), and as a Certified Compensation Professional from World at Work.
